It would be exciting to meet a specific studio team full of engineers and information scientists tasked with replacing the technological difference in their content production and delivery systems. In a world where technology will continue to infiltrate our own lives, film studios are in danger of becoming less significant and less successful if they do not make technology a priority.
Just as the addition of audio and Technicolor changed the way movies were produced and consumed nearly 100 years back, it is time for the studios to become leaders once more and find new ways to create, market and distribute their material in a mobile-centric media landscape.
